CULTURALLY (GENDER):
man, masculinity, must prove it all his life, lives in fear of losing it
woman, femininity, must prove she is feminine enough

Read for 70 seconds in YOU ARE A WRITER by Jeff Goins.  He says there are good writers and there are bad writers.

GOOD writers fine-tune their writing, taking hours, days to rewrite their initial rough draft.
