NOTE:
A week ago, I received a check overnighted from Canada, refunding almost all the money I had invested in P2P in 2008, about 16 years ago. So no, it's not the "D-DAY" (I.e., "David Day") I have been anticipating for so long. But it IS a "P2P-DAY" and I'm quite relieved, knowing that I have a good chunk of money in the bank to serve as an emergency fund.
It's not "D-DAY" and I don't have a financial windfall to allocate funds to various things I'd been planning on. But I do have SOME things in mind:
1. Save/share with Timpsons.
2. A more leisurely trip to Europe in June.
