VISUALIZATION
This morning, I'm no longer depressed over an incident with Dr. P on Wednesday. Without addressing the actual issue, we continued with our working relationship/friendship, and everything seems better now. BUT.....
I still realize that I have approximately 6 weeks (less 7days) until I leave for Europe. I'm STILL bothered by my protruding gut, and I'm STILL about 10-15 pounds heavier than I'd like to be. SO......

I'm glad I didn't gain any weight. And I'm STILL visualizing success!!
