20260406 SLLLAVERS FOR MONDAY(SEMI-SSD), AND I, KEN TAYLOR, ALREADY HAVE EVERYTHING I NEED!!!!!!!

Started out doing SLLLAVERS & BIOHACK, and here's where I am:


I'M SOOOO TIRED!!!!  But I did my 10 min brisk walk + BrainFit anyway.


  1. ✔MADE BED;
  2. 1)✔C+S; 2) ; 3)OAB
  3. dark chocolate
  4. EXERCISE:  Did my 50% base-80 routine for Monday, April 6, 2026:  knuckle benders 40, ankle/wrist circles 40, toe/finger stretches 40, bicycle crunches 40, 
  5. VISUALIZATION:  204 Today's weight.  I visualize weighing less tomorrow.
