Started out doing SLLLAVERS & BIOHACK, and here's where I am:
I'M SOOOO TIRED!!!! But I did my 10 min brisk walk + BrainFit anyway.

- dark chocolate
- EXERCISE: Did my 50% base-80 routine for Monday, April 6, 2026: knuckle benders 40, ankle/wrist circles 40, toe/finger stretches 40, bicycle crunches 40,
- VISUALIZATION: 204 Today's weight. I visualize weighing less tomorrow.
