Strange how things go. I went to bed at 9:30-10:00 last night, and I slept thru without waking till 4:45 AM, so about 7 hours total.

I felt fine this morning, and was not excited about doing my routine, but I "just did it." I don't know what motivated me to do it. I went all the way thru it to the "Reading, Writing" point, and then GG called.

I'm glad I did it, but I'm bewildered about what motivated me. Was it a "defense mechanism?" If so, was it because of the no-good day I had yesterday (Rodney, Chrissy, political crises, Pruitt dilemma, etc.) Or was it just sort of carrying on, filling the time slots..... I don't know.

Anyway, Im glad I did what I did.

WHAT MAKES ME SLEEPY/TIRED???????????????
