I have not been losing any weight... in fact, I've probably gained weight. But today, I'm going to eat healthy and I've already exercised. So at least for today, I'm on track.

Reading:
Read 1+ minutes in SAPIENS. Learned that there were at least 6 species of humans on the earth between 2 million years ago, and 10,000 years ago. But today, there is only one: homo sapiens.
Scribing:
Writing is not something I can get into for only 1 minute. But here goes anyway:
The thing is, I on't know why I'm here on earth, unless i's just to be a "placeholder" - to join my parents generation to my kids' generation.
But beyone that, I wonder wy I'm here. I often ponder the idea that I'm biding time until I get to the REAL reason for my life. But why would that be? I'm getting older, and will eventually have physical limitations that might prevent me from doing much.
We'll see.
OK, so I did my regular routine, followed by my SAVERS routine.
Now, I'll move into my plans for today:
SPRING CLEANING
Approach: Do 45 minutes of "work" followed by 15 minutes of word games/crosswords, etc.
8 AM: Movie
10 AM: closet
11 AM: file papers
12 NOON: Lunch (salad)
1 PM: Boxes (shopping)
2 PM: Boxes (fill & label)
3 PM: Dust & vacuum bedroom
4 PM: Bathroom
5 PM: Piano
6 PM: Shopping (groceries)
7 PM: Dinner
8 PM: Buy Montreal plane tickets
