I did my regular routine, with the modification in the pushups part.

Did all stretches
Did 2 sets of pushups (26 each)
(Tomorrow, I'll do 2 sets of _______ (27 each))

And did 60 seconds of jumping jacks.


READING

Read LA TIMES article about Dan Reynolds, gay Mormon pop performer.

WRITING

Ecriture automatique.  I am at a loss today.  For the first time, I was unable to complete my specific goal (26 pushups).. I got to 20 and "failed."  But that's ok.  Later, I did 6 more.  I'm not a "failure" but sometimes I feel like age and lack of will are winning against me.
