Here's how I've done during the last 24 hours:
- Diet: I had two meals yesterday: 1) my smoothie & coffee around 10-11am; and 2) Indian lamb/rice frozen dinner + chips + 1 fig newton (no peanut butter) for dinner at around 4:00 pm
- I did not eat anything between these meals (approx 18 hours fasting)
- I exercised (full routine - see below)
- It's May 3rd, and I weigh (199.0 - 11.4 187.6
Amazingly, I lost 1.4 pounds in ONE DAY! Scale inaccuracy? Extra excrement? Visualization? Who knows?

Did my full base-72 routine for Tuesday, May 3, 2022:

Well here I set, waiting again. David's due to call anytime. Maybe today's the day we get definite proof & money.....? Likely not today, thought. More likely in early June.
But he SAID he'd contact me after his meeting at 9am (10 his time). So far, nothing. (it's 10:35 am)

Well, he called. And, really nothing has changed. DAMN! I can hardly believe it's come to more waiting.
