READING, WRITING
Read for 70 seconds in SAPIENS by Yuval Noah Harari. He says that using the illustrative example of managing wars, brute strength does not lead to successful outcomes. Rather, clementia - mildness and clemency.
Read for 70 seconds in YOU ARE A WRITER by Jeff Goins. He says I should show up for work, and then PRACTICE IN PUBLIC.
Well, I've gotta start. I'll start today at XXAM, and begin churning out verbage. I'll show up every day and edit what I've written every day, for a week. And then I'll put it "out there" to the public. First subject: My ignorantly wearing of the tee-shirt with "GEORGIA'S STONE MOUNTAIN" on it, for years before I knew it symbolized the failed efforts of confederate generals Lee, Davis and Jackson.
*sigh*
I'm still "waiting" for D-Day, and I'd like to say it'll never come. But I don't know.
