20240229 SLLLAVERS FOR THURSDAY - LEAP DAY - NOT D-DAY, AND I, KEN TAYLOR, ALREADY HAVE EVERYTHING I NEED!!!!!!!

Well, I went to sleep (sorta) last night tossing and turning about the Supreme Court of the US, who sorely  the entire country, with the exception of DT and his group.

I'm so depressed right now.  I feel like I felt when DT won against Hillary Clinton in 2016.  So sad and so fearful for the possible loss of our democracy.

I suppose the pundits are right:  democracy can only now be saved by the people voting against DT & the fascists.

How sad I feel right now.

My smoothie & coffee taste good.  But I'm not motivated to exercise (I did a short stretch, some abbreviated balance exercises (flamingo) and also Epley Maneuver since I was a little dizzy when I got up).

My sink needs repair; so I'm making do with a shower upstairs and face wash/tooth brush downstairs.
