  2. Wrist radial ulnar deviation 1 set 10 reps 5 hold 
  3. Wrist flexion extension 1 set 10 reps 5 hold 
  4. Thumb radial abduction (away) and adduction (toward) 1 set 10 reps 5 hold 
  5. Thumb opposition 1 set 10 reps 5 hold 
  6. Seated thumb composite flexion 1 set 10 reps 5 hold
