Read briefly in BIOHACK YOUR BRAIN by Kristin M. She says her work with athletes led her to help them lose weight. She said "I'm not Jillian Michaels" - I didn't know who that was; she's a "fitness coach to the stars" I guess. Anyway, Kristin helped the athletes lose weight over a year, and became their "Coach K."
