READING, WRITING

Read for 80 seconds in A PROMISED LAND by Barack Obama. He remembers being in Egypt and seeing the ancient construction and artwork on display for tourists; later, he visited Dresden with Angeleka Merkel and remembered the war casualties, including innocent people. He concluded that no matter what our lives are like, we will all eventually be "reduced" to dust.

He says bees, ants & other insects have progressed from individuals fighting each other to GROUPS fighting each other in search of better food, living conditions, etc. HUMANS are also this kind of "ULTRASOCIAL" beings. There is no leader in the group, and the queen bee is just an ovary.
