Well, here's another "milktoast" day, AKA "SSD,"  for moi.

4.  ✔One thing grateful for:  CPAP & the absence of achy pains when I wake up!  YAY!
5. ✔VISUALIZATION:  206 Today's weight.  I'M GOING THE WRONG WAY!  I visualize weighing less tomorrow.
6. ✔AFFIRMATIONS:  1)  I, Ken Taylor, am a kind and loving human being; 2)  I, Ken Taylor, already have everything I need; 3)  I, Ken Taylor, am a confident pianist.  (Said these 3 aloud for a few seconds each).
