I'm quite proud that I did my routine, including affirmations, this morning. In spite of not getting to sleep until after 2 am, and in spite of including some prostate therapy earlier (around 5am).
Well, I just hope I can stay awake on the ride home.
Going to pack up and come back here for a final nap before we leave.
