READING, WRITING

Read for 70 seconds in SAPIENS by Yuval Noah Harari.  He says Sapiens in society have always divided themselves into 2 groups:  "us" and "them."  He says most groups hardly think of the people in the "them" group; they barely consider them as humans.  I'm guessing that Harari will soon state that such is no longer "as true" in today's world of instant communication, etc.  But I think (and I think he thinks) that it's still true to a significant degree.

Read for 70 seconds in YOU ARE A WRITER by Jeff Goins.  He says that as a potential writer, I should start small (set up a blog/website), and be consistent with promising and delivering my "stuff" - and ALWAYS ask permission.  He says that SOMEthing... WILL.... happen.  It might not be what I expect, but something WILL happen.

Read for 1 page in A PROMISED LAND by Barack Obama.  He says his win in Iowa was a significant "moment" when he felt he had become the front runner Democratic candidate, and in the driver's seat.  In a debate, the moderator asked Hillary how she felt when people said to her that she was "not likable."  BO says that's an "unanswerable question."

Read for 70 seconds in WORKING WITH ONENESS by Llewellyn Vaughn-Lee.  He says that the new "age" we are experiencing on this planet will mean giving up the 19th C notions that we are all dense objects existing in our planetary environment, and adopting a more fluid flowing energy as we continue to interact with each other and with the One.
