VISUALIZATION
206 Today's weight. NOTE: I went to Lisa's BD celebration for 2 days; they had all kinds of goodies, candies, bread, cake, and we went out to dinner and overate. I also stopped to get a hamburger, and then when I got home, I ate one of Chad's dinners (he's in the hospital, so the dinners will be wasted if I don't eat them)

So, no wonder!!

I visualize weighing less tomorrow. NOTE: I hereby resolve to NOT overeat simply because it's someone's birthday; I can leave the "overeating" to the younger people, and simply control the portions I eat, especially when I'm alone somewhere.
