Today's highlight: Without much effort, I have lost (not gained) weight since yesterday.
I'm at 200 pounds today.
Does VISUALIZATION work by itself? I did visualize weighing less today than I did the day before (I was 202 pounds the day before, and today I'm 200, and I did not do my routine yesterday, and I also had some fattening sweets (apple pie w/ice cream)....)
So, good for me, but I'm amazed. Also, I visualize weighing 3 pounds less every week, and I'm on my way to doing that, WITH or WITHOUT my SLLLAVERS Exercise routine.
