NOTE: I've "given in" lately to eating more fattening foods, especially yesterday (Father's Day). It should not have made any difference, but I was feeling pretty low yesterday.

(the reason it's abbreviated today is that I promised Dr. Pruitt I'd come in at 9AM rather than at 10AM so we could get an early start - bank, dealership, then Pomona)


READING, WRITING

Read for 20 seconds in HOW TO BIOHACK YOUR BRAIN by Kristin MyooMyay.  She says  our brains cannot feel pain:  headaches are likely the result of strained muscles, sinus issues, narrowing blood vessels (all issues that don't originate in the brain)
