Read for 40 seconds in A PROMISED LAND by Barack Obama.  He recalls meeting with Medvedev (Putin's lackey) in London, and negotiating with him updates & issues on nuclear weapons, notably about Czech Republic and Poland, and Iran.  They seemed to understand each other.
