READING, WRITING

Read for 60 seconds in SAPIENS by Yuval Noah Harari.  He says that with the "advent" of the Agricultural Revolution (by 8.5K BC), people began to build in, live in, and identify with a "house" which also had psychological implications:  they developed less vast spaces in which to live, as compared to hunter/gatherers, who had lived in large territories of land.

Eventually, the "left-over" foragers became the "wild people" and the village people became "civilized."

Sad days for Sapiens, although they hardly realized what was happening (probably)
