SILENCE
Tried to NUMB-ER (lol) my brain for 70 seconds. All I got was numbers.
Strange dream, again. This time, my frustration was in being in a "fender bender" with a bus that backed up, into my car. There was minor damage, and strangely, it was damage to the BUS. In my dream, I never even looked at my car to see what damage there was. I immediately began photographing the damage to the bus, but I couldn't make my camera work. The camera switched back and forth between my old Canon camera, and my iPhone camera. The bus driver came out and had not realized he had hit me. He kept half laughing/half smiling. Someone from the bus group asked to help me fix my camera, and in the process, he began taking it apart. All the parts were strewn over a table, and he finally gave up. I asked him his name, and he laughingly gave me the name of "Christopher Fish." (Now I can't remember if it WAS actually "Fish" - but I do recall it was an unlikely last name, with 4 letters, and having a usual meaning of some common every-day object.------- as I continued typing below, I remembered the name he gave me: Christopher SKIN - not Fish.) Someone else who seemed to know how to reassemble cameras came to my rescue, but he never really got it to work.
I grieved, as I usually do in these dreams, that I'd never get it back together, and I couldn't call anyone for help, and I didn't have any proof of the accident. Eventually I began to wake up, and (again) slowly came to the realization that this was only a dream.

- Eating only 2 meals every day: 1) Smoothie at 10am-11am, and 2) Dinner at 4pm-5pm.
- NOT eating anything between meals.
- Exercising every day
- David's D-Day will likely happen sometime between now and APRIL 11, and I want to be in as good of physical (and therefore mental) shape as I can be.
- George tells me that if a person can stand on one foot for X seconds/minutes, then s/he will likely live longer.
- I feel better overall when I'm doing my exercises regularly

- Yesterday, I had only 2 meals: 1) smoothie & coffee at 10-11am, and 2) Steamed veggies dinner at 4pm
- I had NOTHING between these meals.
- I exercised yesterday morning, and I exercised this morning (see below)

"old guard" (i.e., white male polititians in DC) was breaking down. She helped McCain's campaign get more attention & better ratings in the polls. Her message also stung: She complained that BO was catering to the middle class while talking to them, but then behind their backs, he sought to take away their guns. In contrast, Palin was "one of the American 'guys'."
