20250329 SLLLAVERS FOR SATURDAY - NOT D$-DAY, AND I, KEN TAYLOR, ALREADY HAVE EVERYTHING I NEED!!!!!!!

Looking back, I got up early Saturday (0329) and did minimal things, but right now, I don't remember exactly what I did.  I THINK I did the following:


I had to leave around 7AM, to arrive at Eli's baseball game in Santa Ana by 8:30 AM, which I did.


I woke up at 5AM, as usual, and did the 1st half of my exercise routine.  I didn't do any piano.  By 6:30, I had prepped everything for 1 night in San Clemente, followed by a visit to Dr. Pruitt on the way back home Sunday morning.


SLLLAVERS, sorta:

Tried to silence brain for 80 seconds; not much success.

EXERCISE

Did partial base-80 routine for Saturday, March 29, 2025:

  1. ankle/wrist circles 80
  2. toe/finger stretches 80
  3. bicycle crunches 80
  4. (MADE BED; NO PIANO)

Then I packed and left for Santa Ana by 7AM.
