Read for 80 seconds in SAPIENS by Yuval Noah Harari.  He says scientists are moving in the direction of "reviving" prehistoric animals and other human-like life forms.  He projects that if this continues (bionic arms, etc.)  Sapiens (as we know us) could well become extinct.

Read for 80 seconds in A PROMISED LAND by Barack Obama.  He says he and his team gambled on a solution that involved 5 failing banks & financial institutions being bailed out by the US government (BO's team), and the rest were able to raise their needed infusions of cash through investments that came in almost as fast as they'd gone out 9 months earlier.  WOW!  BO came close to overseeing a plan that could have led the country into a deep recession, but did not.  WTG, BO!!
