We left St. George EARLY (i.e., 3:30 AM, Mountain Time) this morning, and arrived back home (in LA area) by around 9:30 or so. Not bad - we avoided the traffic comme tout!
So, due to the early rise & packing, I didn't do a "routine routine" today. But I still did it! (yay!)
In the car:
Meditation & prayer
Breathing (positive/negative)
Ankle & wrist rotations.
Finger & toe exercises.
After I got home:
Chest in doorway
Situp/crunches
Bicycle crunches
Pushups
Back stretch (on inversion table)
And now, affirmations.
