Fascism.

Fascism /ˈfæʃɪzəm/ is a form of radical authoritarian nationalism that came to prominence in early 20th-century Europe, influenced by national syndicalism. Fascism originated in Italy during World War I and spread to other European countries.

A podcaster (Pulpit Podcast) says that if Joseph Smith had the Nauvoo Expositor printing press destroyed "for telling the truth" (i.e., that JS was a practicing polygamist), then it's fascism.  The implied conclusion is that if the press had been destroyed "for telling lies"  (i.e., that the Nauvoo Expositor was slandering JS), then it is not.
