Read for 80 seconds in SAPIENS by Yuval Noah Harari. He explores the ramifications of scientific advances such that we create a new life form (with superior capabilities, including emotions)..... Harari goes into deep speculation, and his "analysis" bears a second read....

Read for 80 seconds in A PROMISED LAND by Barack Obama. He says, after the financial crisis was pretty well controlled, he noticed a significant difference between 2 "groups" within his WH team: the older, more established DC folks who didn't dare stray too far outside the traditional Washington boundaries, and the younger set who were more willing to try newer ideas to make things better.
