READING, WRITING

Read 60 seconds in ROCK 'N RADIO by Ian Howarth

Ian talks about the birth of rock & roll/Top 40 radio programs & how it helped launch careers of the time, in the US and Canada.

This is a whole world apart from me.  I "missed out" of this kind of cultural component in my life due to my insistence on being "more Mormon" than even my Mormon friends.  And so it went.

And now to write.

I have so many mixed feelings at the end of this 2-say BHS Reunion weekend.  It was both disappointing and amazingly good.  I know I need to let people know how it went, and that will be a challenge, since I change from almost moment to moment about whether I'm even glad I came to it.

It's cold.  People didn't remember me all that much, although some did.  Some were not my friends, but befriended me this weekend more than I would have expected.

More later.

(at least I caught up with my routines for the weekend)
