Due to eating meals here in San Clemente that are not as healthy, I have gained a bit of weight; today's weighing:  185.4
The kids gave me a kitkat bar which I tried to "ration" over a few days, but this morning I "inhaled" the 2nd half.

I'll do better during the coming week.
