It was hard to do without covering my ears, but it was early enough so that there was little outside sound. I'd like to incorporate actual meditation into this portion of SAVERS for 60 seconds.

Read 60 seconds in SAPIENS by Yuval Noah Harari
The author says that evidence is scarce for the theory that Afro-Asian Sapiens became sea-faring colonizers (and made it all the way to Australia) since we have yet to discover the vessels they'd have to have used, and/or the seaside villages that likely dotted the coastlines. He says that such coastline evidence is likely buried under 100 meters of ocean, due to the rising sea levels over that time to this.
He is discussing the likely explorative activities of Sapiens who lived 45K years ago.
I think I'm getting better and better at recalling the 60 seconds I've just read, and then writing about it here.
