Tried to silence thoughts for 60 seconds.
Ironically, it was during this attempt that I had a new (or renewed) idea: I will give something to everyone I love today. Even if it's something small. It will be a way of validating my life. I'll make the list during "WRITING" below.
AFFIRMATIONS
- I, Ken Taylor, am a loving human being.
- I, Ken Taylor, am a loving human being.
- I, Ken Taylor, am a loving human being.
- I, Ken Taylor, am a loving human being.
- I, Ken Taylor, am a loving human being.
- I, Ken Taylor, am a loving human being.
- I, Ken Taylor, am a loving human being.
- I, Ken Taylor, am a loving human being.
Also, said aloud for 60 seconds.

EXERCISE
Did my 1+ routine for a Wednesday, 11/6/2019
- ankle/wrist circles 70
- toe/finger stretches 70
- bicycle crunches 70
- shoulder rolls 70+
- inversion table 3 1-min sets
- push-ups 2 sets of 16 = 32 (from 1st to 15th, I do 2 sets of 15 (or more); on the 16th, I'll begin adding 1 for each additional day/date on the calendar, and continue in December until I reach 2 sets of 35, or 70.
NOTE: I've had upper arm ache in both arms on waking up, for the last 5-6 days. I'm fairly sure it's due to push-ups, but I'm wondering b/c I've had those pains off and on all my life. Maybe I'm forgetting that at each time I had them, they followed unusual increased use of my upper arm muscles. I'm trying to stave off my loss of memory, but I'm constantly wondering if it's caused by a) old age, or b) some defect I've had since conception, c) exposure to something toxic during my early years (lead paint comes to mind).
READING, WRITING
Read 60 seconds in SAPIENS by Yuval Noah Harari. He says that our myth/beliefs are not "objective" and not "subjective," but they are "inter-subjective." He spells out the differences among the 3 concepts:
1. "objective" means that something exists and/or is true OUTSIDE the human experience. If you believe something that is NOT true to be true, your belief does not change the fact that it is not true. e.g., "I believe that if I jump into a lake filled with hungry alligators, I will not be killed and eaten. I jump in. I am killed and eaten. My belief did not change the truth."
