Read for 60 seconds in COOKING WITHOUT FAT by George Mateljan.  He says that eating & food are a focal point for our society.  We gauge the rest of our lives around mealtimes.  But sill, we pay little attention to nourishment, in favor of convenience and taste.  So he's going to tell us how to eat to meet all 3 factors:  taste, convenience and nutrition.

In David's last email, he said they'd be having attorney talks on Tuesday next, to discuss the transfer of the money.  I think this might mean that they'll talk about doing it.  Again.
