Today I weighed in at 189.0 (after Lisa's birthday dinner yesterday, so it's ok.

Did my full 1+ routine for Monday, 11/18/2019:
- ankle/wrist circles 70
- toe/finger stretches 70
- bicycle crunches 70
- shoulder rolls 70
- (can't do inversion table)
- push-ups 2 sets of 18 = 36 (since today is 11/18)
READING, WRITING
Read 60 seconds in COOKING WITHOUT FAT by George Mateljan. He says he's affiliated with Health Valley foods who have made it their goal to offer tasty, nutritional non-fat or low-fat foods. I will look for their label if I think about it.
Yesterday we celebrated Lisa's birthday; she asked for & got steak, prepared by Rodney. It was some of the best I've ever had. We also had a wonderful salad and mashed sweet potatoes to die for! Finally, chocolate lava (?) cakes with vanilla ice cream.
I've put mine in my belly; I'm surprised that I wasn't back to 190 pounds this morning. (I was close at 189).
So, I'm back to my routine diet & exercise program, in anticipation of "feasts" coming up (Thanksgiving being one of them).
