READING, WRITING

Read 60 seconds in SAPIENS by Yuval Noah Harari.  He says that the imagined norms, manners, etc., of Sapiens must be taught/learned - passed on from one person to the next.  Bees don't need to do this - it's in their DNA.  But Sapiens (e.g., Hammurabi) must deliberately teach others that there are 3 classes of human beings; this is imagined, not genetic.

Sounds right to me.

I'm having trouble, day to day, to move forward with my project of loving my family & friends by sending something to them.  I got to Ethan, and then for the last 3 days, have not continued with the list.

I'm wondering why.  It could be the anticipation of Davids Deal Day being today...... as stated it likely would be by him and his colleagues.  This is really wearing on me.  I hope we can move forward with the following:

1.  David's Deal
2.  Loving List (below)
3.  Buying a new bed

Crossing fingers.  Again.

  1. Joe:  Way to go, no Mo Joe! (sent text)
  2. Chrissy: Way leads on to way, I hope you like your way today! (sent text)
  3. Ada:  My first granddaughter!  But wait just a minute. It was crowded in there - someone else's in it. (sent text)
  4. Ethan:  My first grandson! So smart and polite.  Letting Ada go first was proper and right! (sent text)

  1. Elliot:  I'll prepare something about piano, and about gymnastics & send it to him.
  2. Oliver:  I'll prepare something about Thanksgiving/Halloween ???? & send to him.
