EXERCISE

Did my "full 30" regular routine:

  1. ankle/wrist circles 40
  2. toe/finger stretches 70
  3. bicycle crunches 30
  4. shoulder rolls 40
  5. inversion table 2 1-min sets
  6. squats 2 sets of 30 (since it's now a "full 30 month," and from here on.)

Note:  Woke up with very little of the usual pains in myu right shoulder and left knee and lower back.  YAY!

READING, WRITING

The author again emphasizes that there are TWO worlds humans live in:  1) a REAL world composed of rivers, trees and lions, and 2) an IMAGINED world composed of god, corporations and nations.  1) is real, and 2) is imagined.

I had never contemplated this, but now that I have, I believe it.  I'm led to ask then, in which of these two worlds does the author's concept lie?
