20180918 SAVERS on TUESDAY MORNING

Last night I wore my CPAP for the first time in a long time.  I slept through the night.  Well, it was from about midnight til 5 am, and I didn't wake up even once for the bathroom.

SILENCE

Tried counting to ensure I did 60 seconds.  My thoughts were of numbers and counting on my fingers.  But that is at least not complex.

The author expounds on the idea that we are both similar and different from other apes.  The significant differences occur when we look at our ability to gather in groups larger than 150, where we usually act "civilly" rather than in pandemonium (as apes would do).  And often the motivation to do so has to do with imaginary entities (gods, corporations, etc.)

I'm happy to know this, but it makes little difference in my life.
