Did my normal routine:

- push-ups 2 sets of 30 (second set was a struggle at 25th push-up til 30th, but I DID them!!)
READING, WRITING
Read 60+ seconds in SAPIENS. It's only semi=light and had a hard time reading, but I read a full paragraph: the author says that genetic alterations were the cause of adding more refined technology and further steps in social evolution. Until those alterations took place, Sapiens/humans/homoerectus people did not progress past stone tool technology for about 2 million years.
I can see that evolution is a very s-l-o-w process when observed from today's relatively lightning-speed changes. "I-I" (incremental improvement) comes to mind. It's a term I invented in my discussions with George Makrides.
