EXERCISE

Did my almost normal 30 day routine (in Utah, in Ada's bedroom)

  1. ankle/wrist circles 60
  2. toe/finger stretches 60 + 10
  3. bicycle crunches 60
  4. shoulder rolls 60
  5. back stretch 3 minutes
  6. squats 60
Hard to do it EXACTLY the way I usually do, but it's the best on-the-road version I can come up with.  The challenge will be to do it EARLY Monday morning before I leave for the airport to fly back to LA.


READING, WRITING

Read 60 seconds in THE WITCHES (a book that happened to be lying on Ada's bedroom table.

Well, I have an idea of what kind of books 11 year olds are reading these days.  11 year old GIRLS, that is.  Amazed that "doing away with children" and deceptive witches are among the ideas rolling around in Ada's head.

But so be it.

I have a full day ahead of me, and so will now stop writing.
