VISUALIZATION

By eliminating between-meal food, eating healthy foods, and incrementally increasing my exercise routine sets, I am losing 2.5 pounds every week.

GOAL:  185 by 10/10

EXERCISE

Did my complete routine this morning
a.  wrist/ankle rolls
b.  finger/toe stretches
c.  bicycle crunches
d.  shoulder rolls
e.  inversion table
f.  squats (2 sets of 15)  (alternate with 2 sets of 15 pushups)

READING

Read 60 seconds in SAPIENS:  The evolution of Homo Sapiens species included "animals" living in Indonesia, the Iberian Peninsula (Spain, Portugal), and East Africa.

WRITING

Life is full of "stuff" - I'm dealing with Art (on Grindr) who thinks I hate him (I don't; I just don't like him that much), with George whom I do love, but who is far away (for now), Joe who just gave notice at his U of U job to go full time with his own company, Red Hat (I hope he knows what he's doing), and Dr. Pruitt who "bounced back" from suicide to a close to normal schedule, and David, who is still "stringing along" with the idea that his mine will make us rich (after 4 years, I have my doubts).

*sigh*

More writing (7:30pm)

Self:  I'm feeling blue, sorta, mostly because of what my close f & fs are going through:

Joe:  Gave notice to his job at the UofU, so he can do his company (Red Hat) full time.
Lisa:  Rodney is in jeopardy of his job (his boss was let go), and their condo is unrented
George:  Dealing with the loss of his family, and of his inheritance.
David:  Living month to month while there is no movement on the mine sale or development.
JPruitt:  Getting better, but I'm like a "servant" to him, and he still belittles me unnecessarily.

Others:  Rod Kempton is losing his battle against cancer (I think)
