29180821 TRASH DAY SAVERS DAY TUESDAY SQUAT DAY MUD DAY

Why "MUD DAY?"  I'm not sure, but I'm trying to "hold the needle down" and plow forward in spite of how I feel and what I'm thinking.

Hard to do today, kept thinking about Steve Evans.  But still did it for 60 seconds.

Read 60 seconds in SAPIENS.  Learned that it's possible that our language developed so that we can gossip.

WRITING

Today's a complaint:  WHY must I have bad blood between me and people I talk to, asking them for a favor?  WHY must I agitate, ruminate, focus, analyze all this "stuff" so thaty..... what, exactly???

I'm at a loss.  I tried to be nice with Steve Evans, but he got standoffish and snippy.  I merely tried to set up a tel con so we could discuss details.

He says he's "busy."  Oh well.
