20180816 TODAY'S SAVERS

SILENCE

Tried to lie in bed and silence all thoughts, but it was near impossible since I have so many "issues" in my life right now (trip to Cyprus, helping Joe, helping Dr. P, finances - those are the most significant)


AFFIRMATION

Confession:  Last night (around 8 or so), I began eating some salted potato chips with Ranch dip, and I sort of "binged" - so I'm RENEWING my pledge/affirmation to "EAT HEALTHY FOOD!"

Did whole routine
  1. wrist/ankle stretches 40
  2. finger/toe stretches 70
  3. bicycle crunches 30
  4. shoulder rolls 40
  5. squats 2 sets of 16 (NOTE:  adding 1 for each day from now to end of August; after that, it'll be 30 reps total on alternating days, with pushups)

READING

Learned that Sapiens of 70K years ago to 30K years ago developed a cognitive enhancement author calls "Tree of Knowledge Mutation."

WRITING

I'm so very stressed, it's hard to write, but here goes.

I am faced with demands on my time & talent & finances.... all of which are, IMO, not adequate sources to meet the demands.  If I don't meet them, I'll disappoint people I love.
