Amazing that I had 3 consecutive days of 196.2, which was quite depressing (so I ate a lot last night....), and then this morning, I'm down to 195.6.  Go figure


EXERCISE

I did my usual routine.

  1. ankle/wrist circles 40
  2. toe/finger stretches 70
  3. bicycle crunches 30
  4. shoulder rolls 40
  5. inversion table 2 1-min sets
  6. push-ups 2 sets of 29 (since today is August 29th)
I was just barely able to do the last few push-ups of my 2nd set.  I hope I can start doing 2 sets of 30 from now on.


READING, WRITING

Read 60 seconds in SAPIENS.  Learned that modern-day lawyers and business people tell tales today, just like early humans told tales of gods & spirits to their clans around campfires, etc.  And now (next) the author will give us a modern-day example:  Peugeot.


I do not know what is motivating me to continue my routine/SAVERS.  In my past, I have quit for much less than my current "woes."  But on I go.

It's one of the things that keeps me going.  I have a good life.  I am in good health.  I have children.  I have good friends.  I have "enough" money (although more would be nice).
