20180819 SAVERS FOR SUNDAY

NOTE:   I'm at Lisa & Rodney's house for Sat/Sun, so I was awakened early by Lyla, then Eli, and then Caleb.  All 3 were fine with climbing in bed with me around 7 am.

  1. ankle/wrist stretches 40
  2. finger/toe stretches 70
  3. bicycle crunches 30
  4. back stretches (over side of bed) - 2 short sets
  5. squats 1 set 19 (it's the 19th)
  6. pushups - 1 set 19


READING

Read in SAPIENS that humans are social animals, and language likely developed as it did because of that, and not just because (eg) danger lurked nearby.



WRITING

I'm so very tired..... I am combatting excess weight, age, laziness.... my Therapist does not know about Dr P's progr..... fell asleep writing.

Jeez.......
