Buddhism: If we constantly struggle to find the answers to the questions "Who am I? Why am I here? What happens to me after death?"..... and if the answers do not lie outside of us, but rather INSIDE of us, then what are we to think about the lifetimes of struggling and wondering (physical & mental)? Do they count for anything at all?
If we say that "the answers lie within us" then what should we do with the "outside" of us? Let it go? Simply focus within?
If we did that, what would we eat & where would we sleep?
