Today, I weigh approximately 205 (per my bathroom scale).

Periodically, I'll weigh in and keep track, but I don't expect to lose exactly 2.5 pounds per week, since I lose weight a varying rates.

  2. finger/toe stretches (70 reps)
  3. bicycle crunches (30)
  4. shoulder rolls (20 each way)
  5. inversion table (2 1-min sets)
  6. pushups (2 sets of 15)

Today I'm writing about what I read in SAPIENS

70,000 to 100,000 years ago, there were a) Sapiens and b) Neanderthals on the planet.  There are 2 theories about what happened to them
1)  Interbreeding theory
2)  Replacement theory (the Sapiens replaced - killed off - the Neanderthals)
