READING

Read 60 seconds in SAPIENS; learned that gossiping is essential for social group/band development.  About 70K years ago, Sapiens learned how to gossip.  Also, in a group/band of 50, there are 1,225 one-on-one relationships.

WRITING

Although I've pretty much given up on the David deal, there's still a flicker of hope.  If nothing else, David and I talk more often, and we explore kid & grandkid stuff, and health issues, and some light philosophy.

But more pressing on my mind today is whether I should plan a trip to Cyprus to spend 2 weeks with George, or not.  My practical side says "no."  And my emotional side says "yes."

What to do?  Just keep thinking about it until I come to a decision, I guess.  I might just do the WP & WCs  (weighted pros and weighted cons) approach to see what comes out.
