(on the 16th, I'll increase squats & pushups to 16, etc.)

WRITING

In SAPIENS, I learned that 70K to 100K years ago, the Sapiens tried to "invade" the Neanderthal territory in Levant (Middle Ease), but they were rebuffed by the Neanderthals.  Also, the Sapiens of the time were "just like us" today.
